Alleged Intel Raptor Lake HX Series Lineup Leaks

Alleged details about Intel’s yet unreleased 13th generation Raptor Lake HX Series have, once again, leaked. The leak details no less than five SKUs in the lineup, ranging from the Core i5 range, all the way up to a Core i9.

The leak was initially posted by Twitter user Raichu (@OneRaichu) and in addition to the HX Series SKUs, they also provide their core configuration, their base and boost clocks, as well as their max DRM support. Starting from the bottom and interestingly enough, the unannounced lineup lists down not one, but two Core i5 processors, the 13450HX and 13500HX. The former will supposedly have 10-cores, 16-threads, while the latter will have 14-cores, 20-threads, respectively.

Still on the lower-tier Core i5 units of the 13th generation HX Series, the base and boost clocks of the 13450HX are rated at 3.4GHz and 4.6GHz respectively, while the 13500HX is rated at 3.5GHz and 4.7GHz.

i9-13900HX 8P16E max 5.4/3.9
i7-13700HX 8P8E max 5.0/3.7
i7-13650HX 6P8E max 4.9/3.6
i5-13500HX 6P8E max 4.7/3.5
i5-13450HX 6P4E max 4.6/3.4
Max DRAM support up to DDR5-5600/DDR4-3200(Part SKU just 4800).

Moving up the ladder of the HX Series, we have two Core i7 SKUs as well, the 13650HX and the 13700HX. the 13650HX, specifically, is expected to ship out with a 14-cores, 20-threads configuration, and a base and boost clock of 3.6GHz and 4.9GHz, respectively. While the 13700HX will be a 16-cores, 24-threads CPU with a 3.7GHz base clock and 5GHz boost.

Lastly and sitting on top of the pedestal is the Core i9-13900HX, a HX Series CPU whose presence we previously reported on, alongside rumours of a Razer Blade laptop with an 18-inch display. Specs-wise, the processor will be a 24-cores, 32-threads module, and will have base and boost clocks of 3.9GHz and 5.4GHz, respectively. In contrast, it’s got eight more E-Cores than its direct predecessor, the Core i-12900HX, and even runs 400MHz faster too.

Regardless of the SKUs, Raichu also says in the same tweet that all CPUs under the yet-to-be-released 13th-generation HX Series CPUs will support DRAMs in configurations of DDR5-5600 and DDR4-3200. What is missing from the tweet, though, is any mention of power consumption for these mobile CPUs. That, and a potential launch date.

In any case, this is all still hearsay until an official announcement from Intel, so as always, best to apply a healthy dose of skepticism here.
