If you might not need the high-altitude experience, the delightful M Marini Grand Caffè & Terrazza is offering a ground-level romantic culinary experience, where you can dine in Italian elegance and casual comfort for your romantic night out.
The Valentine’s Set Dinner offers Slow-cooked Pink Prawns served with béarnaise sauce, basil mayo and caviar as the appetiser. Guests can then take their pick of a Grilled Tenderloin Steak served with truffle mashed potatoes and truffle jus, or Spaghetti Aglio Olio Style with Lobster Tail. For a heartier option, there is also Slow-baked Lamb Shank served with truffle mashed potatoes and vegetables.
The sweet treat for the evening is a Chocolate Mille Feuille with raspberry compote and vanilla gelato.
