Ghost Of Tsushima PC Port May Get Announced This Week

[[{“value”:”

PlayStation is currently pushing a lot of its exclusives onto PC, but notably, Sucker Punch has not had any of its games ported to the platform. That may finally change soon, and with the studio’s most recent, and arguably most successful title. Word from the rumour mill points to an announcement for the PC Port of Ghost of Tsushima being announced this week, and as soon as tomorrow, 5 March 2024. And if not, then a day later owing to timezone differences.

This comes from XboxEra’s Nick Baker, who goes by @Shpeshal_Nick on  X, previously Twitter. The post in question says that “we might be getting something about the Ghost of Tsushima PC port pretty soon”, before the aforementioned date got mentioned. Though specifically, this refers to said port getting announced, rather than the port being released on said date. The clarification came as a reply to another post which misquoted the original claim.

I’m hearing that we might be getting something about the Ghost of Tsushima PC port pretty soon. Maybe around the 5th?

Regardless of whether it’s just an announcement of the port coming, or if it ends up being a surprise launch, it’s good news either way. Ghost of Tsushima was arguably the game that served as the swansong for the PS4, and while the Director’s Cut has some story inconsistencies with the base game, it mostly builds on what made the game great. Even the optional multiplayer component is great, outdoing most live services where it matters most – the fun department.

All that being said though, this is not the first time we’ve heard this claim, and until an official announcement shows up, there will probably be more of such claims. But if Ghost of Tsushima is the game that finally sees a Sucker Punch title gets ported to PC, it’s arguably the best choice. Either way, we’ll find out soon enough.
