Notably, this new direction is led by Chef Suhalmi Tasir, the recently appointed Executive Chef of The RuMa Hotel and Residences and a key member of the original ATAS team. Chef Tasir’s vision for ATAS focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy comfort food that evokes warmth and familiarity.

The revamped menu at ATAS highlights simple yet elegant European dishes, prepared with a modern twist. Utilizing a Mibrasa wood-burning oven, the culinary team brings out deep, rich flavours in their creations, combining European techniques with Malaysian ingredients.
