Patagonia’s massive winter sale is live with hot markdowns on cool pieces like the Nano Puff jacket, the Diamond Quilted Bomber, and multiple Black Hole bags. A few days ago we highlighted the popular Houdini jacket with a cool 31% discount, but its half-zip sibling is now available with an even bigger markdown: It’s over 40% off in multiple colorways and with a generous size range, too.

The Patagonia Houdini Stash 1/2-Zip Pullover is on sale for $83, a 41% discount from its normal price of $139. Three colorways are on sale at that price, and a fourth (Phosphorus Green) is on sale for just $69, but it’s only available in size 2XL. The others are still available in sizes XS up to 3XL, but we’re estimating they’ll start to sell out before the sale is over.

This version of the Houdini jacket is optimized for packability and low weight. Its hoodless design saves precious ounces, while its 100% recycled nylon fabric offers superior durability for day-to-day wear, trail running, hiking, and more. It’s also coated with a PFC-free DWR treatment, so it repels splashes and light precipitation to keep them from soaking you. Two Velcro side pockets offer places to stash small essentials, and vents at the sides and back dump hot air, so you won’t roast while wearing it, even during high-intensity activities.

Patagonia shoppers love this jacket’s combo of a streamlined build and rock-solid performance. One called it a “great everyday layer” and praised its “featherlight” but rugged construction. Another said it’s “the perfect piece for running and high exertion in cold environments.”
